CBO which was agreed for 5 years with the conditions attached. Jaswinder NAGRA (SINGH) A prolific shoplifter who has targeted H&M stores, has been found guilty of below offences. A guilty plea resulted in a rehabilitation order and 150 hours of unpaid work.
Jaswinder is a regular shoplifter and banned from H&M and The Chimes Shopping Centre. On 2/8/25 Jaswinder stole goods to the value of £147. Jaswinder was also wanted for FTA x3.
On FRIDAY 18TH JULY 2025, officers saw 2 males on a bike, on Southall Broadway, they were detained and searched under section 1 Pace, looking for stolen items. Once the search was conducted officers saw several coffee bottles unopened amounting to £29.25. Jaswinder NAGRA has then admitted to stealing the coffee bottles from Farm foods, Springfield Road, Hayes.
This is a case of shoplifting that occurred on FRIDAY 27TH JUNE 2025 at approximately 0925 hours at H&M, The CHIMES, UXBRIDGE, UB8 1GA. The suspect is Jaswinder NAGRA
On 25/06/2025 at EALING BROADWAY in the Borough of Ealing, stole fifteen (15) items of clothing, to the value of £306.82 belonging to H&M Retail store.
Anywhere in any public place in England and Wales, Jaswinder NAGRA (SINGH) must not: Enter any H&M store within the M25 boundary. Enter any Farm Foods store within M25 boundary. Enter any retail or commercial premises in England and Wales from which he has been formally banned. Remain in any retail or commercial premises in England and Wales having been asked to leave by a member staff or security guard. Be in possession of any retail goods that are in their original packaging, Having passed the last point of payment, in any public place, in England and Wales without proof of purchase. For a period of 5 years.
